Battery charging contacts, battery contacts
Our battery contacts are compactly built spring contact pins, which are normally not used for testing, but allow for secure, quickly detachable connections for power and data transfer.
However, when speed and simplicity are required, connections with spring contact pins have advantages over plug-in connections. Plug-in connections require an additional manual operation, precision in insertion, and generate withdrawal forces on plugs and components.
Spring contact connections are automatically closed when placing a device or component and are made and disconnected without additional effort.
Whether placing a portable device into a charging station, mounting a new lens on a camera, or equipping a robotic arm with a new tool, spring contacts make the connection uncomplicated, fast, and secure.
Spring contact pins
Spring contact pins are electrical connection components. They are used in a variety of electronic devices to establish a reliable, repeatable electrical connection. Compared to other connection components on the market, spring contacts ensure a permanent and reliable electrical connection through the use of a spring, even under vibration or shocks. FIXTEST offers a wide range of spring contact pins, mainly to use in test adapters and test fixtures for in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional testing (FCT). Spring contact series with pitches ranging from 1.00 mm to 4.50 mm - and larger.
Helical pogo pin 20-190319.100
Our helical pogo pin 20-190319.100 is specifically designed for use in medical devices that require sterilization.
In its design, we have eliminated all enclosed spaces that are difficult for disinfectants to reach. The open geometry allows all surfaces to be thoroughly rinsed and easily dried.
FK-762 with PTFE sealing ring
The FK-762 has a PTFE sealing ring to prevent fluids from entering the probe body during cleaning processes, particularly in autoclaves. Designed to withstand a minimum of 5 autoclave cycles, it has proven to last up to 20 cycles.
The FK-762 is not only used in medical devices, but als many applications where a seal is required on the probe body, such as sports or outdoor equipment.
