Pen Assembly Automation
MA’s platform solution POLARIS DDD for Drug Delivery Devices Assembly, such as Insulin Pens and others, offers a flexible production platform that guarantees highest quality. These devices are meticulously manufactured on MA’s platform at over 100 ppm utilizing XTS transport systems to offer maximum flexibility through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous assembly. Configurations of these platforms also offer a phased approach to allow scaling up from semi-automated production to fully automated capability.
Medical Devices
Scalable Side-Entry take out systems for mold sizes from 16 to 128 cavity molds. The High-Speed unloading is done by an innovative, linear driven handling system with quick-change capability on the End-of-arm-Tooling making it universally scalable.
