Measuring and testing technology
Customer-specific solutions in the areas of assembly systems and testing technology
have been our core competence since 1950. We are the experts for application-specific and innovative concepts that ensure the long-term economic success of our customers. We develop systems in the field of tension between speed and precision - these criteria are in the foreground, for the entire testing spectrum in optimized automatic testing machines together with, for example, dimensional and tactile measurements, non-destructive testing (ultrasound & eddy current), microstructure, noise or leak tests through to highly dynamic endurance and efficiency measurements, from random sample testing to inline high-speed systems. Supplemented by image processing systems with the latest approaches to artificial intelligence, we offer comprehensive systems that ensure production quality.
Handling and feeding technology
We offer our customers the highest level of expertise in the field of feeding, transportation and storage of production parts.
Specially selected according to the production requirements of our customers, ideally tailored feeding systems are used: vibratory conveyors with interchangeable tools for an extensive range of parts, linear sorting systems for solving feeding tasks with small, different features and medium quantity requirements as well as inclined plate conveyors with a conveying capacity of up to 1,400 parts per minute. By combining different handling units, extensive infeed and outfeed systems for a wide variety of products made from a wide range of materials can be realized.
Special Machinery digital - Production IT & digital assistance systems
Special Machinery digital
stands for the development and design of software solutions to increase the functionality, reliability, usability and user-friendliness of our machines and systems for our customers. A lot of data is already generated in production today, e.g. from sensors, measurement results, machine controls, etc. This data is recorded and processed by our operating assistance system. The most important information on production and the status of the machine is summarized on a dashboard in a clear, structured and individualized way.
Additive manufacturing with simultaneous use of different materials
Today, 3additive manufacturing has long since established itself across the board as an alternative solution for producing workpieces, after centuries of sawing, milling, grinding or ablation. Multi-material 3D printing offers almost unlimited possibilities:
unique material combinations and functional integration
design flexibility for individual, free product design
respond quickly to evolving market requirements and designs
minimize material waste and thus contribute to achieving sustainability goals.
Our machine, which has been developed especially for multi-material 3D printing, is a milestone for the use of additive manufacturing methods.
