STÜKEN offers digital solutions in tool design and toolmaking. We support customers with data generated
using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). With geometry data, virtual testing in the customer's CAD assembly
becomes possible. Forming data provide information on which raw material is best suited for the component.
FEA prototypes can shorten the design phase.
Customers benefit from a higher development speed and improved information gathering for decisionmaking.

STÜKEN offers new possibilities for the deep drawing of titanium
High-precision titanium components with complex geometries can now be produced using the efficient, fast and resource-saving deep drawing technology. STÜKEN has developed an optimized process that allows titanium to be deep-drawn over a large number of stations. This results in major cost advantages for pacemaker housings, for example, and also makes the use of deep-drawn titanium parts interesting for dental implant sleeves and similar applications.
Sustainability is coming into focus in the medical industry. More and more companies are questioning the environmental compatibility of the products they use. With their deep drawing technology, STÜKEN MEDICAL not only meets high quality requirements, but also conserves important resources in the production of components. With a consistent sustainability strategy, the family-owned company meets both new legal requirements and the individual demands of its customers.
